| Sergeant Pace is the Advisor of the post. He has been with MCSO since 1986 and has worked many assignments, including Training, Jail Safety & Security, Investigations/Internal Affairs, and is currently Jail Office/Classification Supervisor. He has worked with the Explorer program since 1987 and became Advisor in 2000 when Lt. Chipman retired and moved to Florida. Sergeant Pace is married and has two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and collecting law enforcement patches & badges.

| Advisor | Deputy Brewer | 
| Deputy Brewer has been involved with this post for over 10 years, and has been employed by the Macomb County Sheriff's Office for 21 years. He enjoys being involved with the program for many reasons; including assisting the youth of Macomb County with their career decisions, meeting new kids, and helping explorers decide on a law enforcement career. In his off time, Deputy Brewer enjoys reading, die cast collecting, and model railroading. His goal is to be promoted to the rank of Sergeant, and he looks forward to retirement! Deputy Brewer was the Clinton Valley Boy Scouts Advisor of the Year for 2008! |

| Officer Drulia is a former explorer who now works as a Police Officer in Yale, MI. She likes the post because it is a great learning experience for kids looking for a career in law enforcement. When not on duty, she enjoys rooting for the Detroit Tigers! |
| Advisor | Deputy McPherson | 
| Jeff is a former Explorer who went on to become an MCSO Dispatcher and then a Dispatch Leader. He recently graduated from the Macomb Police Academy and is now a Deputy Sheriff assigned to the Accident Prevention Bureau.

| Jason is a current MCSO Dispatcher who is eager to help with the Post. Jason would like to be a Deputy Sheriff in the future.

| Advisor | Officer Krueger | 
| Officer Krueger is currently an officer at the Sterling Heights Police Department. He was a Macomb County Sheriff Explorer back in 1998, became a Corrections Officer, and then became a Deputy Sheriff before leaving for the Sterling Heights Police Department.

| Mrs. Brewer began her advising career along with her husband back in 1994 to assist the youth of Macomb County. She enjoys helping out and working with the GREAT group of explorers, and in her off time enjoys jewelry making and reading.

| Advisor | Mrs. Spencer | 
| Mrs. Spencer joined the post in 2003 to assist the staff with the general operations of Explorer Post 2565. Her favorite thing about the program is getting to know the explorers and learning about law enforcement. Her hobbies include playing hand bells at her church, helping to raise funds for the Children's Tumor Foundation, and playing mom to all the Explorers!

| Mr. Spencer was recently recognized with a Civilian Award from Sheriff Mark Hackel for his outstanding dedication to the youth of Explorer Post 2565. He has VOLUNTEERED countless hours of his time to help mentor our kids. Mr. Spencer is also our official photographer...helping to document our activities. | Advisor/Web Master | Steve Gralewski | 
| Steve has been involved with the Explorers program since 2004. He was an explorer who became a command officer and reached the rank of Lieutenant. He was voted Explorer of the year for '06/'07, and also received the Sheriff's Civilian Recognition Award. Steve is a former Cedar Point Police Officer, Current Webmaster of the Sheriff's Office main website, and is currently a Youth Specialist at the Macomb County Juvenile Justice Center.
